Do I get both forms?
Paired drops include both artworks, and both image files are public. One ZEAL. Two forms. Public is on chain: a transparent coin you choose, visible to anyone. Shielded is everything else, and every ZEAL starts there. Spending that coin, or releasing it, makes the zebra Shielded again. Your payment address stays private. Legacy single-image artwork keeps its original form and record.
What does Shielded mean?
The chrome mask is ZEAL’s visual expression of privacy, inspired by Zcash. Changing the artwork doesn’t itself shield a blockchain transaction.
How do I mint and recover my order?
Choose an active drop to create an invoice. Your artwork is assigned after payment confirms. Keep the recovery link to return to your order, receipt and reveal. You can also review the registry and ownership history or recover an order directly.
Which wallet do I need?
A shielded Zcash wallet: Zodl on iPhone or Android, or Zkool on a phone or computer. Your receipt and the key to your artwork arrive there as a shielded memo.
How do I get ZEC?
Swap other crypto into ZEC inside Zodl, or buy ZEC on an exchange and withdraw it to your own wallet well before the drop, and not the exact order amount. Pay from your wallet's shielded balance, and never use an exchange address as your receipt address.
